We Could See What Was Yet to Exist: How Did Three People’s Vision Become a Regional Organization with Four Offices?

It was more than a space we were preparing to fit out, and our goal was more than adding another address to the company’s list of offices.

We Could See What Was Yet to Exist

We could see teams working together, expertise passing from one generation to the next, systems being built to serve organizations and businesses, and projects growing into successful ventures.

We could see an organization capable of growing, expanding, and enduring—one that would give clients confidence that their projects were being managed within a fully integrated corporate structure.

Even before these details became a reality, the vision was clear. We were planning for what we needed that day and for what we aspired to become years later.

Perhaps the earliest photographs of our delivery center in Mansoura capture much of this story. While the space was still in the initial stages of preparation, we were identifying where development and design teams would sit, planning communications networks and technical infrastructure, considering information security, and mapping workflows between departments.

We were investing in an organization that could accommodate greater ambitions, more complex projects, and client relationships lasting for years.

But the Story Did Not Begin with This Office

It began years earlier, when experience met ambition and three people decided to turn their technical knowledge into a lasting business.

The Beginning | Three People and a Vision Beyond Their Resources

In 2018, Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology launched in Mansoura, Egypt.

It began with three people, but they brought more than an idea for a software company. They brought practical experience in software development, systems engineering, and technology solutions, together with a desire to turn that expertise into an organization capable of lasting and growing.

The technology industry was changing rapidly. Programming languages were evolving, approaches to building systems were shifting, organizational requirements were becoming more complex, and new challenges were emerging around integration, information security, and business continuity.

Yet one principle remained constant in our understanding of the industry:

A good system is measured by its ability to meet requirements, support business objectives, and evolve as business needs change.

That was where the idea began.

Why Not Build an Organization That Turns Individual Expertise into Institutional Knowledge?

An organization built around specialist teams and clear working methods, capable of managing and developing projects to consistent standards.

Our initial goal was to establish the right foundations: to keep learning, develop new capabilities, create a culture of responsibility and quality, and give every project the understanding, planning, and execution it deserved.

We believed that strong companies do not necessarily start large, but they start with a mindset that allows them to grow.

The company’s leaders personally oversaw preparations on site. Each team’s location was marked out before any walls were installed, according to its role in the project delivery process.

It began in 2018: three people and a vision to turn technical expertise into an institution built to grow and endure.

From Individual Expertise to an Integrated Organization

As Al Alamiya Al Hura began operating, every project brought a new responsibility and an opportunity to gain experience.

The challenges varied. Some projects required building systems from scratch. Others demanded an understanding of complex operational processes. Some organizations needed solutions to improve efficiency or manage their businesses more systematically.

As our projects became more diverse, we recognized that continued growth required investment in specialist teams. Individual expertise, however strong, could only take us so far.

We began recruiting talent and developing teams in business analysis, design, software development, quality assurance, and project management.

At every stage, we returned to one question:

How Do We Make the Knowledge We Gain Today Part of the Organization’s Capabilities Tomorrow?

This led us to develop working procedures, document knowledge, distribute responsibilities, and create an environment where specialists could share their experience.

Gradually, Al Alamiya Al Hura developed broader expertise in enterprise systems and digital platforms, addressing the needs of diverse sectors, including projects involving government entities and institutions.

This variety helped us understand an important aspect of a technology company’s responsibility.

Clients entrust you with more than a software project. They entrust you with part of their business, their time, their investment, and their reputation with their own customers.

The ability to deliver a project must therefore be supported by an organization that can maintain its quality, protect its information, and keep pace with its development.

As the team and client base grew, the next step became clear. Our team was expanding, our experience was accumulating, and our working methods were evolving. It was time to build an environment that could support all of this.

An Investment Decision | Building Greater Capacity

When we decided to invest in establishing and equipping a fully integrated delivery center in Mansoura, covering approximately 1,400 square meters, the decision went beyond the need for additional desks. It was part of a long-term vision.

We wanted a workplace that could accommodate growing teams, support efficient project delivery, and help us develop our operational and technical capabilities for the years ahead.

At the time, we could have chosen office arrangements suited to our immediate needs. We chose to plan further ahead.

Our Starting Point Was the Organization We Wanted to Build for the Future:

That question guided the planning process. Before allocating space, we studied how departments worked and how they interacted:

How Does the Client’s Journey Begin within the Company?

How Does an Idea Become a Clear Set of Requirements?

How Do Those Requirements Move through Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing?

How Can the Project Management Team Track Delivery and Communicate with the Client without Unnecessary Complexity or Delay?

The answers shaped the office.

Space was allocated according to operational needs and communication between departments, alongside aesthetic considerations. We designated areas for development and design teams, meetings and training, as well as management, operations, and marketing.

Teams that collaborated regularly were positioned close to one another, while suitable spaces were provided for activities requiring concentration or privacy.

The office was a direct investment in the organization’s ability to serve its clients better.

What Clients Do Not See May Be What Benefits Them Most

Visitors can easily notice the quality of the interior design or the meeting room facilities. Other investments rarely appear in photographs, yet their impact extends to the quality and stability of our work.

During the office fit-out, we began establishing the technical infrastructure: communications networks, electrical systems, network connection points, and a dedicated room for servers and networking equipment.

These details were an essential part of the planning from the outset.

A company developing systems and applications for its clients needs a stable operational environment where teams can collaborate, exchange information, and manage tasks efficiently.

Business growth also brings greater responsibility for information confidentiality and protection. We handle source code, project data, and operational and commercial information that may be sensitive to our clients.

We therefore considered access to operational areas, equipment room security, access control and monitoring measures, and the procedures governing information and IT service management.

For us, trust begins with how we build the organization responsible for delivering on its commitments.

Our aim was to develop working systems and organizational controls that reflected our commitment to protecting client information.

In November 2025, the company reached an important milestone by obtaining three international certifications covering its New Cairo and Mansoura offices:

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for its Information Security Management System.
  • ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for its IT Service Management System.
  • ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System.

These certifications built on years of developing capabilities, refining working methods, and committing to continuous improvement.

For us, their value lies in the standards and responsibilities they represent, and in the importance of maintaining and improving how those standards are applied.

We want clients to have confidence in an organization with clear procedures and recognized operating standards, as well as in the people who work within it.

As Experience Grows, Opportunities Expand

As Al Alamiya Al Hura continued to grow, our ambitions extended beyond a single city or market. The team gained experience, projects became more diverse, and the company became better equipped to address the requirements of organizations across different sectors.

This prompted us to consider geographic expansion. We wanted to be closer to clients and partners, understand different markets, and create more effective channels for communication and collaboration.

During this period, we strengthened our corporate presence in New Cairo with an office equipped to welcome clients and partners, host meetings, and review projects.

Regional expansion also took us to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, with its international business environment and opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.

Entering new markets expanded both our business and our understanding of the projects and challenges organizations face at different stages of growth.

We became increasingly aware that clients may need more than a technical system. They may need to reorganize business processes, develop a commercial model, integrate multiple systems, or build a platform capable of supporting future expansion.

This understanding began to reshape the relationships we wanted to build with clients.

We wanted to be a partner that understood why clients needed the technology and what outcomes they wanted to achieve through it.

Saudi Arabia | When Experience Became Part of a Broader Investment Vision

The Kingdom’s progress in technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, alongside the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, reflected a significant shift in organizational and investment needs.

Demand was extending beyond websites and applications toward integrated systems, intelligent solutions, digital platforms, and ventures capable of improving operational efficiency and preparing for growth.

We believed that our accumulated experience could provide a strong foundation for contributing to this transformation.

We also understood that delivering real value in the Saudi market required more than technical capability. It required knowledge of local business practices and regulations, a corporate presence close to clients, and the ability to combine technical execution with business development.

In August 2025, a new chapter began when Saudi-based True Ventures fully acquired Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology.

This was a strategic step that brought together years of technical and delivery experience with a Saudi vision focused on business development, growth, and investment.

Riyadh became the center for strategic leadership, business development, and client relationship management in the Kingdom. At the same time, the group continued to draw on its delivery and operational capabilities in Egypt while strengthening its regional presence in Dubai.

We could now offer the Saudi market an integrated organization combining local market understanding, systems development expertise, operational capabilities, and commercial and investment vision.

We believe a successful digital venture begins with understanding the problem it aims to solve, its target market, its operating model, and its growth opportunities.

This is the approach we are advancing under True Ventures: helping clients build ventures on sound technical, operational, and commercial foundations, and remaining part of their development journey.

Four Offices, Connected by One Organization

Today, the group operates through four offices across three countries:

Saudi Arabia — Riyadh: True Ventures’ headquarters and the center for strategic leadership, business development, relationship management, and partnerships in the Saudi market.

United Arab Emirates — Dubai: A hub for strengthening the group’s regional presence and developing commercial relationships, collaboration opportunities, and partnerships.

Egypt — New Cairo: A corporate office supporting meetings, client and partner relationships, and coordination with delivery teams.

Egypt — Mansoura: A technical and delivery base with approximately 1,400 square meters of space, planned and equipped to accommodate specialist teams and support operations.

Riyadh, Dubai, New Cairo, Mansoura a regional network where expertise and capabilities come together to serve clients and partners.

We see these offices as parts of one organization, each with a role in supporting the group’s business and serving clients.

This is where the impact of investments made years earlier becomes clear. Our systems development experience, the talent we have nurtured, the operational procedures we have refined, and the organizational infrastructure we have built now underpin our ability to work across multiple markets.

From a three-person beginning, the organization has grown to more than 200 employees and specialists, while Al Alamiya Al Hura’s client base has exceeded 510 clients.

These figures mark important milestones. What we value most, however, is the knowledge behind them, the relationships we have built, and our ability to keep developing our services as market needs change.

Clients benefit from the years of experience and investment that support our ability to deliver and manage projects.

From Building Systems to Helping Build Businesses

Throughout our journey, we have learned that technology, however important, remains a means of achieving broader goals.

A company may develop an advanced application without achieving its expected growth. An organization may invest in a new system without seeing a clear improvement in business efficiency. An entrepreneur may have a promising idea but need to refine its operating model and commercial viability before development begins.

These challenges have encouraged us to take a more comprehensive view of projects. Alongside understanding the system a client wants to develop, we ask:

What goal are they trying to achieve?

What underlying problem do they need to address?

What opportunity do they have in the market?

How can we bring together technology, operations, and business development to help them achieve better results?

This is where our vision at True Ventures takes shape.

We work at the intersection of technology, business, artificial intelligence, growth, and investment. We draw on accumulated technical and delivery experience to help companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs build and develop their ventures.

At the same time, we explore opportunities for collaboration and partnerships in promising ventures, helping improve their technical, operational, and commercial readiness.

One project may need a fully integrated digital platform. Another may need to upgrade its technical infrastructure to enter new markets. An investment idea may require an assessment of its development and operational needs before it can become a scalable venture.

We do not promise that technology alone will guarantee business success. We believe that relevant experience, sound planning, and disciplined execution give projects a stronger foundation for achieving their goals.

That is the value we aim to deliver: the ability to build the system, supported by an understanding of the business it will serve.

Behind This Growth: A Vision That Invested in the Future

Our growth and expansion resulted from a consistent commitment to long-term investment in organizational, human, and technical capabilities.

From the first team to the delivery center, from refining working methods to obtaining international certifications, and from regional expansion to the Saudi acquisition, one principle remained constant:

Invest today in the capabilities that will help us prepare for tomorrow.

This chapter is led by a team combining investment, technical, operational, and business development expertise.

Our shared vision is to keep developing the organization, investing in talent and expertise, strengthening integration between offices, and expanding collaboration with clients and partners in the Kingdom and regional markets.

The growth we seek extends to the quality of the projects we participate in, the value we deliver, and our contribution to our clients’ success.

Today, We See Something Different in That Photograph

Some may see the earliest photograph of the office as a space waiting for its fit-out to be completed. When we look at it today, we remember something more.

We remember decisions made before their results became visible. We remember investing in infrastructure whose value was not immediately apparent to everyone. We remember planning for teams that had yet to reach their current size.

Above all, we remember believing that preparing for the organization we wanted to become had to begin that day.

We could see what was yet to exist.

We could see knowledge becoming teams, teams becoming an integrated organization, and that organization growing capable of serving more clients—before becoming part of a regional group bringing together technology, business, and investment.

The journey began with three people in Mansoura in 2018. Today, we work from four offices across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, within an organization of more than 200 specialists.

The story continues. What we have built so far is the foundation for pursuing greater opportunities.

Just as we invested in our capabilities before we needed them in full, we want to help clients and partners think in the same way: to consider what their ventures could become years from now, build systems that accommodate future growth, and make technical, operational, and investment decisions guided by a vision beyond immediate needs.

The future begins when we can envision it and prepare for it.

That is how we started, and it is what we continue to work toward.

“Before building the future for others, we invested in our own capabilities.”
