True Ventures, the owner of Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology, has announced that it has obtained three ISO certifications within the scope of “Provision of Software and Artificial Intelligence Solutions.”
The certificates were issued by certification body OSS Middle East on 11 November 2025. They cover the company’s offices in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, Mansoura, and Riyadh, as specified in the locations and scope stated in the certification documents.
Three Management System Certifications for True Ventures
The certifications cover quality management, IT service management, and information security management—areas that support structured operations, service delivery, and risk management.
ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management
This certification covers the Quality Management System, including structuring processes, monitoring customer requirements, evaluating performance, and pursuing continuous improvement.
Implementing this system helps establish clear procedures for managing work and reviewing outcomes within the scope of the certified activities.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 — IT Service Management
This certification covers the IT Service Management System, from planning and delivery through monitoring and improvement, supporting structured service management and the handling of operational requirements.
Its importance lies in establishing a framework for managing services, evaluating their performance, and improving them within the scope specified in the certificate.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — Information Security Management
This certification covers the Information Security Management System, including assessing and treating risks and establishing controls that support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
The system provides a structured approach to managing information risks associated with the company’s activities covered by the certification.
AI Solutions Included in the Certification Scope
The certification scope includes “Provision of Software and Artificial Intelligence Solutions,” applying the management systems described above to activities within that scope.
