Eng. Osama Abu Muslim, Chairman of Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology, accompanied by the management team, reviewed the final stages of fitting out the company’s new Mansoura office ahead of employees’ relocation.
The tour covered workspaces, departmental offices, and the training room, alongside reviewing team locations and installing department signs on office doors.
Progress on the New Office Fit-Out:
The premises showed significant progress compared with the development team’s visit in January 2022, when construction was still underway.
As the relocation approached, the glass partitions and open-plan workspaces had been completed, desks and chairs had arrived, and the company’s visual identity was beginning to appear on walls and doors.
These preparations marked the transition from construction to creating a working environment ready to welcome the company’s teams and support their activities.
Preparing Departmental Offices and Organizing Workspaces:
During the tour, the management team helped install department signs on office doors, including the Marketing and Sales Department, identifying team locations before employees moved in.
The team also discussed workspace allocation between departments, considering daily work requirements and employee communication to ensure the office supported the company’s projects and shared tasks.
A Training Room for Courses and Workshops:
The tour included an inspection of the training room designated for courses and workshops within the new office.
Dedicating this space reflects Al Alamiya Al Hura’s commitment to developing its team’s skills and providing a place for learning and exchanging expertise alongside everyday workspaces.
Preparing to Move into the New Office:
The leadership team’s review formed part of the final preparations for employees’ relocation, checking that offices and facilities were ready to welcome them.
