Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology and Golden System Trading Company have announced the official launch of Captain One in Saudi Arabia, making the app available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
The app begins serving the Saudi market as the project’s first phase, with plans to expand into other Arab countries later.
From Signing the Partnership to Launching Captain One
The launch came approximately two and a half months after Al Alamiya Al Hura and Golden System signed their partnership agreement in Dubai on 15 August 2022.
Following the agreement, the team completed the technical and operational preparations needed to bring the app to market, moving the project into its official launch phase and making it available to users.
The launch marks a step in implementing the partnership established to develop and operate the app in Saudi Arabia.
An App Connecting Delivery Drivers with Customers
Captain One provides solutions for both sides of the delivery service: the drivers who fulfill requests and the customers who place them, through an app that supports communication between them.
According to the launch announcement, service coverage at this stage was limited to Saudi Arabia, with expansion into other Arab markets planned as a subsequent step.
Recognizing the Development and Operations Team
Al Alamiya Al Hura and Golden System thanked the team members who contributed to developing the app and preparing it for launch.
Both companies expressed their appreciation for the efforts made throughout implementation and wished the app a successful start in the Saudi market.
