Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology participated in an Information Technology Institute (ITI) event, presenting its journey since its founding in 2018 and conducting interviews with several trainees to explore opportunities for them to join the team.
The event combined sharing the company’s experience with connecting with young talent, giving trainees an opportunity to learn about its working environment and discuss career opportunities.
From 10 People to More Than 200 Employees:
Al Alamiya Al Hura traced its beginnings in Mansoura in 2018, when its first branch opened with a team of no more than 10 people, before outlining its subsequent expansion.
According to the figures presented by the company at the June 2024 event, it had grown to four branches across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, with more than 200 employees.
The presentation also highlighted its 18 services and 24 products, more than 510 clients served, and over 285 projects delivered, giving trainees an overview of its growth and diverse areas of work.
Sharing the Growth Journey with ITI Trainees:
The presentation highlighted the company’s transition from a small team to an organization with multiple disciplines and specialist teams, emphasizing employees’ contributions to that journey.
It offered trainees practical insight into the software and digital solutions sector, helping them connect their preparation for employment with the growth stages and evolving needs of businesses.
Interviews to Explore Opportunities to Join the Team:
The HR team interviewed several ITI trainees to learn about their skills and career interests.
The meetings aimed to assess how candidates’ experience aligned with the company’s needs and discuss opportunities to join the team, supporting Al Alamiya Al Hura’s efforts to attract young talent.
Continued Engagement with the Information Technology Institute:
This participation builds on Al Alamiya Al Hura’s engagement with ITI trainees, including its involvement in “A Tour To Explore” in December 2022.
The June 2024 event added a recruitment dimension to this relationship, bringing trainees and the HR team together for interviews alongside sharing experience and introducing the company.
