Al Alamiya Al Hura for Information Technology, in collaboration with True Ventures, organized an introductory and recruitment day for trainees from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and Creativa Innovation Hubs.
The event combined an introduction to the company, its projects, and available career opportunities with interviews, helping connect with young talent and explore opportunities for them to join the team.
Introducing the Company and Its Projects
The event began with a presentation covering Al Alamiya Al Hura’s journey and the projects it delivers across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Trainees also learned about the company’s areas of work and the skills it looks for in candidates, giving them a clearer understanding of the working environment and the requirements for joining the team.
Career Opportunities and the Application Process
The HR team presented available vacancies and explained the application process, selection stages, and what candidates could expect during recruitment.
This session helped trainees understand how to apply, prepare for interviews, and match their skills and interests with the available opportunities.
The company’s team also interviewed several trainees on the same day to learn about their skills, experience, and career interests.
These conversations gave candidates an opportunity to connect directly with the recruitment team and discuss how their capabilities aligned with the company’s needs before proceeding to further selection stages.

The recruitment day built on Al Alamiya Al Hura’s previous activities with ITI trainees, including “A Tour To Explore” in December 2022 and an event in June 2024 that featured a presentation on the company’s journey and interviews with trainees.
